Two models. One integrated system.
KalviumX runs on two interlocking engines. The Talent Model builds engineers inside universities. The Deployment Model puts them to work inside your team.
Role discovery
A quick call with your hiring manager captures the role, tech stack, team structure, codebase maturity and what 'productive' looks like in month one. This brief drives everything downstream.
A context sprint. Zero ramp-up tax on your team.
Every selected intern completes a 2-3 week company-specific context sprint before joining your standups.
Stack and codebase walkthrough
Mentors run structured sessions on your tech stack, repository structure, and codebase conventions aligned to the intern's JD.
Tooling and workflow orientation
Ticketing systems, CI/CD pipelines, sprint conventions, communication tools, and pull request norms covered before the first standup.
Compliance and access setup
Company-specific compliance modules, tool access provisioning, and security protocols completed during the bootcamp window.
Who owns what.
A clean split of responsibilities so your managers are never running a training program.

HEROS data powers Day 2-4 talent mapping. From deployment, it feeds the monthly feedback loop with performance signals, giving mentors early warning before gaps surface on your team.
From intern to full-time hire
The engagement is structured across years, not quarters. Each phase compounds output.
30 hrs/week, remote
Interns contribute Monday to Friday from their campus RDC. Full sprint participation. Mentor-managed weekly check-ins. Monthly performance loop.
Full-time, onsite available
Students transition to full-time from Year 3 onward. Onsite deployment available. Year 2 performance record carries forward as your FTE readiness signal.
FTE path built in
The monthly feedback loop generates a performance record that feeds directly into your FTE decision. No cold interviews. Conversion terms in the commercial sheet.
How the motion actually works
We respond the same working day and deliver a curated, pre-assessed shortlist in under 48 hours of receiving your JD.
10 MCQs plus 2 coding tasks aligned to your JD, reviewed with mentor notes. You can also add your own interview rounds on top of the shortlist.
Your team owns work allocation and code review. Kalvium owns fundamentals, mentor interventions and the monthly feedback loop - so performance gaps are caught early without burdening your managers.
Mentors track performance through a monthly feedback loop and intervene early. If the fit genuinely isn't right, KalviumX provides replacement support with minimal friction.
